1. Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Mumbai within 24 hours of placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (India): We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India.
International: For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly via email at info@lita7.in. We will be happy to assist you with a custom shipping solution.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, your order will be delivered by one of our trusted courier partners. The estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery to remote areas may take longer.

4. Shipping Costs

Orders below ₹1,000: A flat shipping fee of ₹100 will be applied.
Orders of ₹1,000 or more: We offer FREE

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing the tracking number and a link to the respective courier partner’s website. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.
