2. Exception for Damaged or Incorrect Products

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, we will consider replacements solely in the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must adhere to the following procedure:

• Reporting the Issue: You must contact us at info@lita7.in as soon as possible after receiving the order.
• Mandatory Proof: You are required to provide a clear, unedited, and continuous unboxing video of the package. The video must show the shipping label, the outer packaging, and the process of opening the package to reveal the contents. The damage or incorrect item must be clearly visible in the video.

Claims that are not supported by a full unboxing video will not be entertained.

3. Assessment and Replacement

Upon receipt of your claim and the unboxing video, our team will review the evidence. If the claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement of the same product to be sent to you at no additional cost. The decision of LITA7 SPORTING LLP in this matter will be final.
