Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing and Dispatch

•  All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Mumbai within *24 hours* of order placement.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During sales, festive seasons or unforeseen circumstances order processing may take longer than usual. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.

2. Shipping Destinations

Domestic (India):

We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.

International:

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at wearelita7@gmail.com. We will be happy to assist you with a custom shipping solution.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within *2–7 business days*, depending on the delivery location.
• Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, transportation disruptions, public holidays or courier delays.

4. Shipping Costs

• Orders below ₹2,500:* Flat shipping charge of *₹200*.
• Orders of ₹2,500 and above:* *Free shipping* across India.

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email,whatsapp and/or SMS containing:

•  Your tracking number.
• A link to track your shipment.

Please allow up to *24 hours* for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delivery Information

• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number at the time of placing the order.
• LITA7 SPORTING LLP is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged, Lost or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with or any items are missing, please contact us within *24 hours of delivery* at wearelita7@gmail.com. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs and opening video of the package and products (where applicable) so we can investigate and assist you promptly.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

At *LITA7*, we're committed to creating premium pickleball apparel through exclusive, limited drops. Every product is carefully quality-checked and packed before it leaves us, so you receive it in the best possible condition.

Because we produce in small quantities to maintain quality and exclusivity, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations

All orders placed on the LITA7 website are final.

As our collections are released in limited drops and produced in small quantities, we do not offer cancellations, returns or exchanges for a different design, colour or product once an order has been placed. This helps us maintain our limited collections and continue delivering the premium quality LITA7 is known for.

Please review your order, size/size chart, quantity, and shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

 Need a Different Size?

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky.

While we do not offer exchanges as a standard policy, we'll do our best to help with a *size change only*, subject to availability. If your required size is in stock, we'll try to accommodate your request. If it is unavailable, we won't be able to process a size change.

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order at wearelita7@gmail.com, and our team will let you know if we're able to assist.

Please note that *size changes are only available for the same design and colour originally purchased. We cannot exchange your order for a different design, colour or product.*

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, we're here to make it right.

Please email wearelita7@gmail.com within *24 hours of delivery* and include:

A clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video showing:

• The shipping label.
• The sealed package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process.
• The damaged or incorrect item clearly visible.

Unfortunately, claims submitted without a complete unboxing video cannot be processed.

Our Review Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided.

If your claim is approved, we'll replace the same product at no additional cost. If the exact item is unavailable, we'll work with you to provide the most suitable resolution.

If you've requested a size change, we'll confirm whether your required size is available and do our best to assist.
